凡马来西亚工民皆可参加。此为第一届比赛，鼓励所有符合资格者踊跃参赛。
The
event is opened to ALL Malaysians. This competition is organized for
the first time, and all eligible candidates are welcomed to
participate.
参赛选手请根据下列各分组规定报名，如有隐匿虚报者，主办单位有权取消该选手比赛或得奖资格。
Contestants
can register for the following categories. The organizer reserves the
right to disqualify any contestant found to intentionally conceal
false registration.
